Each retainer includes a set number of hours each month. If work exceeds the retainer time will be billed at a standard hourly rate of £50 per hour.

Can I change packages at anytime?
All packages are guides to common websites setups our clients have previously asked for and can be upgraded at anytime to include new features.
Do you offer payment terms?
All our packages can be paid for over a 12 month period once a 50% deposit is made to secure the project. This includes hosting and SEO packages.
Will I be able to see the website as its developed?
All sites are design on a test server which you will have secure access to view the websites development once the initial concept is created.
How long will it take for my website to go live?
All the above web design packages take between 2-4 weeks to complete depending on complexity.
What are the Hosting renewal fees?
Your free 12 months cloud hosting & email starts from the day you pay your deposit. Renewals for hosting are Starter £85, Standard £110 and Advanced £150. Custom hosting is available for more resource hungry sites and applications.
When will I be invoiced for renewals?
All renewals are invoiced 30 days in advance to the date your service will expire.
